As an Admin you can change a Users/residents/person's PIN by going to Users > search for the User by utilizing the Filters at the top > click "edit" by the User's name so you can review their profile (shown below)
Once you are in the User's profile you can go to "Credentials". If you are updating their Access PIN, you would press "Re-Generate PIN" to generate a new system PIN for the User.
You can provide them with their new Access PIN or they can also go to their Swiftlane App > Profile and see their Access PIN updated. (shown below)
They will also receive an email with their new Access PIN
