How do I restrict specific Access Group(s) from creating pins for visitors?
As an admin you are able to make adjustments to your workspace as well as make edits for the Users within your building. Please follow the steps below if you would like to restrict door access groups from generating pins for visitors.
Once logged in and on the Swiftlane admin dashboard, click on "Visitor PINs" located on the left side of the screen.
From here you will click on "Settings".
While in settings you will be able to restrict the creation of pins based on Access Groups.
