You don't necessarily have to have an invite to login to the Admin Dashboard. You will need to know what is the workspace name and email.

You would need to do is go to: admin.swiftlane.com and type in the workspace name (remember: all lowercase and one word) and click "forget password" on the next screen. It'll ask for the workspace name and email. Then you would need to create a password and login.

Once you are logged in you can download the Admin Dashboard to your desktop so you can take intercom calls.

NOTE: If the User is on the Swiftlane app and doesn't receive the verification code then they may have unsubscribed which will block all our emails. Please put a support ticket in for us to check our servers by emailing: [email protected]
