Go to Sites & Access Points > click the gear by the Access Point> click Live view & Callback to initiate a snap shot of what it looks like at the reader at that time. You will click "Call Door" if you would like to initiate an intercom call.

Admin Dashboard view:

Swiftlane App view: First select the door, scroll to the bottom of that door screen and you can see a snap shot of the view at the Reader and click "Call Door" to initiate an intercom call.
