I created a new user but I don't see any door access

You can do this in several ways.

When you create the User you can add them to the Access group at the time of creation:

You can go to Access Groups > click on the Access Group you want to add them to > "+ Add user to Group"

You can also go to the User > click "edit" by the User> click on "Door Access" option and then click "+ Assign Group"
