You can restrict tenants to a Single Use code by going to Visitor PINs > Settings > and select Restrict by Access Group and put their Access Group in the Single-User PIN Group.

If the residents are sharing their own "Access PIN" you can restrict their PIN by revoking their PIN. You would have to go to Users > search their name by using the filters at the top > click "Edit" by their name to get access to their profile > select "Credentials" > then click "Revoke PIN". This will revoke their Access PIN. You can always generate a new one at any time.
