Remote Unlock is the capability to Unlock the Doors Remotely Using the Swiftlane Mobile App, by going to the Door Page. This capability is useful to let your visitors and guests into the building even when you are not within Bluetooth Range of the door (20-30 ft).

Swiftlane administrators can manage remote door access permissions for their residents and users. Go to the admin dashboard and then click on Sites & Access Points. Click "Edit" by the specific door in order to enter the settings for that specific door. Once you're in there you will see permissions for Access Groups that have access to open the door remotely. By adding or removing people into this Access Group you can have you can give them the ability to remotely buzz the door open.

Once this permission has been provided, users will also be able to set Siri shortcuts on their iPhones to open doors with remote unlock.
