As an Admin you can go to the Users profile and see the system generated PIN to provide Access PINs to the resident that has no smartphone or email.
You can do this by logging into your Admin Dashboard. Going to Users menu to the left. Utilize the filter to search on their name. Click "edit" by their name to enter their profile. Go to "Credentials" and you will see the system generated PIN to provide the User.
They can use this PIN at the SwiftReaders or PIN pads.
