You will first go to Users on the left menu

Use the Filters at the top to search for the User/resident you are trying to eliminate access to:

You can select the person and utilize the Action tab to quickly "Delete" or "Deactivate" the User/resident by clicking "Deactivate Selected" or "Delete Selected" depending on what you want to do. Once you have selected the option, it will Delete or Deactivate that User.

You can also choose to click on "Edit" by the Users/resident and once you are in their profile you can click on "Delete" or "Deactivate" button at the bottom of the Users profile to complete the action.

Deactivated Users will be completely removed from the system after 90 days. Deleting a User will completely remove them from your system as soon as you click "Delete"
