If you purchased keyfobs, keycards, or vehicle tags directly from Swiftlane, the operations team pre-loads this under Hardware > Key Cards and Fobs. Please use the Filters at the top to enter the keycard/keyfob/ or vehicle tag number into the "Card Number" space to search for that particular credential.

Then you are going to click "Assign User" button by the credential:

Start typing the User's name and then select the correct User in order to assign the User.

Then you are going to click the checkmark icon to assign the User.

Once assigned then you will see that User is tied to that credential. They can began using that credential.
