How can I view if the Resident has an Intercom entry already or if I need to create one?

You as the Admin can now view if a User/Resident has an intercom entry by going to Users menu and viewing the Intercom Settings column.

If you see "Edit" then that means the entry is there but you can make edits to the Intercom entry. If you see "Create" then it means that the intercom entry has not been created for this User/Resident so you can click on "Create" to being creating the intercom entry.

Once you have made your edits click "Create". You should see the entry on your Intercom Directory page and this entry should now appear on the SwiftReader.
