First you will request to enable Entrata with Swiftlane by emailing us at: [email protected].
Secondly, you will request contact your Account Manager and request API access to Swiftlane. Please be sure that your account manager follows these steps.
At the top navigation bar for the app store in Entrata click on API access and create a new API access user.
Give the API Access User the following rights the “get customers details” and “get property” access. It will generate new credentials.
Send those credentials to Swiftlane Support in order for them to tie your system together.
The credentials we will need are the following:
Admins will get all the properties they have under their account which may not be available in Swiftlane controlled property. So Admins will need to select the properties they want to have 'auto-sync' with Swiftlane and click "Next" button for configurations settings.
