If you notice that the volume on your intercom is too low/high, do not worry! The volume for the intercom can be remotely adjusted through the Admin Dashboard. First you will need to click on Sites & Access Points. Then you will click the "Edit" button on the Access Point (door) where the intercom is located at. Once there, you will find "Device Volume" (picture for reference below). Feel free to adjust the volume to your preference. Make sure to click Save once you are done making the necessary adjustments.
