If you are a new User and were recently added to the system you should have received an email inviting you to have access to your building. If you did not receive an email please contact your admin so they can resend it. Make sure they have all the correct information, specifically your email.

Also please be sure to whitelist our IPs in your email settings to receive our emails:

NOTE: If the User is on the Swiftlane app and doesn't receive the verification code then they may have unsubscribed which will block all our emails. Please put a support ticket in for us to check our servers by emailing: support@swiftlane.com
