If you are having trouble unlocking your door using the "Remote Unlock" button via the Swiftlane app, please check your Bluetooth settings within your mobile phone. Make sure your Bluetooth is enabled for the Swiftlane app.

If this does not work please check in with the admin of your building. The "Remote Unlock" feature might not be available within your building.
