If you are having trouble logging in for the first time and you are receiving a notification to check your email and try again, please attempt the following.
1. Make sure when inputting your workspace name in correctly. You can find your workspace name in the invite you received from Swiftlane. Below is an example of the email you should have received. Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the name, all one word, and all lowercase.
2. If your workspace name was input correctly, please contact your admin to make sure all your information was input correctly. Also have them re-send the invite to reactivate your account in case it has deactivated.
