You can add a Front Desk Intercom User for each building. Under the Visitor Access, hit the “pencil” icon by the Site and add Users to receive intercom calls from the Swiftreader device.
NOTE: You can add as many Users as you would like. Each User assigned will receive the Front Desk Intercom call till one of the Users pick up. At that time the User that picks up will take the call and the other Users will stop receiving notification to pick up.
