To add a new User, click on the ADD USER button at the top. Assign them an Admin or User Role and enter their email, first name, and last name. You will then grant them Access to the apropriate Access Group. If applicable you can assign them to a key card, set an Activation date and Deactivation date. Then you can also create an Intercom entry for the User. If you do not wish to then you can uncheck the box. Once ready click "Submit" to add the User and then the User will receive an invite unless you uncheck the box for them to not to receive an invite.
Users will be invited to download the Swiftlane ID app to open the access point. Admins will be invited to access the workspace.
Once a User is added, under the Access Groups tab you can assign them to a group to gain access to any Access Point(s).
