Go to the "Users" menu item to the left and click on the User that you would like to assign Access Group(s) to. Under the "Access Group" section you will click "+Add User Group" and select the appropriate User Group that this User will be a member of.

NOTE: Each User will need to be assigned to a Access Group in order to gain access to the Access Point(s).
