My building has Swiftlane but I do not have a smartphone or email. How do I gain access to my building?

You Building Admin can provide you with your own Access PIN that you can enter into the Swiftlane device or PIN pad. Providing a good phone number to reach you will help route your intercom calls to your phone of choice. You would just press 9 to unlock the door for your visitor.
