To add Swiftlane to the list of apps on my iPhone that are allowed during do not disturb mode.

We do have this capability. Go to your Settings > Focus> "Do not Distrub" >  Click on Apps.

Click "Add Apps". Search Swiftlane app and select Swiftlane App.

You will now see the Swiftlane app will notify you even with Do Not Disturb turned on.
