Important Points to Remember -
Sites and Access Points needs to be created manually within Swiftlane as needed. It’s recommended to create similar structure as per Brivo for an account.
For ex. If Brivo has 2 Doors in a Site “NewYork” - Front Door and Rear Door, create a Site “NewYork” in Swiftlane and add 2 access points under the Site
Admins MANUALLY need to assign User Groups to Access Points in Swiftlane either via Access Groups page or via Access Point Details page. Only then the newly added Brivo users will get access to the corresponding Access Points (doors)
- Schedules need to be created manually within Swiftlane, in case we want to replicate from Brivo
