New users

New users download the Swiftlane app as the first step in signing up. Once logged in, Swiftlane app will prompt the user to scan their face and self-enroll themselves in a few seconds. This is an optional step for people who would like to utilize the face recognition keyless entry feature. Other users can skip that step.

Enrolling Faces From the Admin Dashboard

If you have certain users who cannot use their mobile app, you can enroll them from the admin dashboard.

  • Request the person to go in front of the Swiftlane intercom and hit Face Unlock

  • This would deny access to the person but register a photo in the activity feed

  • Go to admin.swiftlane.com and go to Activity feed

  • Click on the record where the person for Denied Access

  • Click the button to enroll the face into a persons profile

  • Please note: you need to create the user before you can assign a face to it

How to change this as user on the mobile app

Open the Swiftlane app, click on the right most tab at the bottom to take you to the profile settings. Then click on Scan Face.

To delete existing face scans, hit Select and select the photos you want to remove and press the Delete button.

To add new scans, click on the big button called Scan Face Now to add new face images for face recognition access to the building

How to remove face scans as an administrator

  • Go to admin.swiftlane.com and login to the admin dashboard.

  • Click on Users on the left navigation bar

  • Search for the user and click Edit

  • Visit the tab called Face Index

  • Here you can review existing face scans from the user
