First you will request to enable Entrata with Swiftlane by emailing us at: [email protected].

Secondly, you will request contact your Account Manager and request API access to Swiftlane.

You will need to know the following Entrata account details in order to configure Entrata appropriately.

Admins will get all the properties they have under their account which may not be available in Swiftlane controlled property. So Admins will need to select the properties they want to have 'auto-sync' with Swiftlane and click "Next" button for configurations settings.
