Enable Integration from Swiftlane Admin Dashboard
Go to Integrations section on left panel and find Brivo integration box. Click on ‘Configure’.
Currently, Swiftlane allows to create only 1 connection per workspace. So if there is an existing connection, admins won’t see “Add Connection” button.
Click "Add Connection", it’ll ask for below details:
Connection Name & Description: Free text, it can be anything to identify Swiftlane-Brivo Integration
Client Id: Copied from Brivo Portal (shown in above section)
Client Secret: Copied from Brivo Portal (shown in above section)
API Key: Customer admin to get this from Brivo Team manually
When the form is submitted, Admin will be redirected to Brivo’s login page. Admin needs to use the User ID (copied from Brivo portal as shown in above section) and the Brivo password to login
If the login is successful (Client ID, Client Secret, API Key and Username-Password are correctly provided), then admin will be redirected to a confirmation screen to confirm and authorize Swiftlane connection to access the resources in corresponding Brivo account
When Admin Submits, you’ll be redirected back to Swiftlane page and the connection is now added successfully
