USER INFORMATION SYNC:

  • Admins can set up Auto-Sync with the toggle button on config screen OR they can manually sync using ‘Sync Now’ button against the connection

  • When SYNC happens, Swiftlane performs below:

    • Create all users from Brivo User groups selected for sync and send them auto-invite to Swiftlane

    • Assign these Users to their corresponding User Groups created in Swiftlane

    • Create Tenant Directory entries against the configured Sites for newly added users

    • Add Front Desk recipients from the configured Brivo User Group against Sites

    • Deactivate the users which are removed from Brivo’s User Groups and delete their Tenant directory entries

    • If a User Group is deleted from Brivo, all users from that group will be deactivated within Swiftlane and their Tenant Directory entries will be removed

ACTIVITY SYNC:

  • When Swiftlane door unlocks with valid access (Unlock over Intercom, Remote Unlock, Pin Unlock, Face Unlock, Mobile Unlock), Swiftlane will trigger unlock request to Brivo for the corresponding Brivo Door/s mapped to this door via Admin Pulse

Note: The Invalid access attempts on Swiftlane doors are NOT sent to Brivo and won’t be shown on Brivo’s Event Tracker

  • Brivo shows that event in their Event Tracker as Admin Pulse Output event and the User for this event will always be the person who has created the Swiftlane-Brivo connection in Swiftlane. The actual user who unlocked the door wouldn’t be shown on Brivo’s Event Tracker but this information will be available on Swiftlane’s Activity Feed as usual
