If you would like to setup Front Desk on schedules you can do this by first creating a Schedule. You can do this by following the "How to create a Schedule" help article.
Then you will go to Intercom Settings > Front Desk Intercom > pick your schedule that you just created under the "Set Up Scheduled Call Routing".
Once you have selected the schedule you created you will click the checkmark to save the schedule.
Here is where you can setup the Primary and Secondary recipients.
Select the User (you may need to type the Users name to get them to populate on the dropdown) and then click "Add User" button.
Once you have added them you will see them set:
In case you need to see the schedule setup for these Users you can over over the "?" icon and it'll show you the schedule that the Users will be contacted. You can make changes to the schedule by clicking on the "Open schedule" button.
At this time we do not support scheduling on a specific date but you can manually make changes or remove Users within that schedule for certain days if needed. We will eventually add this as a feature.
