Google Chrome Pop-up

The Chrome pup-up is highly recommended when using a computer to receive intercom calls. It will offer a smooth and efficient communication with the intercom.

Browser

You can also use your web browser when logging to the admin dashboard. Please provide notification permission on the browser, so that you can receive incoming calls on your Chrome browser. You can receive calls when the Swiftlane dashboard is closed as well.

NOTE: If you aren't getting notifications of an Intercom call via Chrome browser, you can also choose to download the Swiftlane app to your desktop.

Below will show you how Video Intercom would look on your web browser or Swiftlane App on your desktop.
