Under "Intercom Settings", you can setup Intercom Directory. This will allow a Visitor to search for a Tenant or Business and call to whoever is the assigned User.
How to enable Intercom Directory?
Under Intercom Settings> Intercom Directory > ADD TENANT. Assign a User to a site by choosing from the dropdown menu. Click on Intercom Recipients to assign Users to receive intercom calls when a visitor dials the tenant from the Access Point.
After Users are added, go to the Sites & Access Points tab and click on the Access Point which you'd like to configure for tenant calling. Toggle on “Enable Tenant Intercom”.
NOTE: Display Name will be what will show up on the SwiftReader.
NOTE: You can add multiple Users to be contacted for one Tenant display. Or you can choose to create separate tenants for each user.
