I can't find a User/Resident in the Intercom Directory

If you cannot find a User/Resident in the Intercom Directory, please make sure the correct User is assigned in the Directory. See picture below for reference.

If on your Intercom Directory you display the number of the unit, make sure you have the correct User assigned. Please keep in mind that as tenants move in and out of your community, you will need to update the directory so the Users/Residents receive their intercom calls.
