Click on "Sites & Access Points", then click on the Access Point, scroll to the bottom to "SwiftReader Hardware" then you will see if your device is set to Kiosk mode or not. Also set your device to Kiosk mode in order to lock down the application and prevent from swiping up and out of the app.
