“Access Points” tab, details what Access Point(s) this particular Access Group has access to. If they do not have Access Points assigned there will be no data shown. It is key to assign Access Group(s) to the appropriate Access Point in order for those Users to have access to the Access Point.

You can assign Access Groups to Access Points by going to “Site & Access Points" menu screen and select the Access Point to assign Access Groups to.
