You will first click on "Access Groups" on the left menu item. Then click on "+Add User To Group".

Select the "Access Group" that would like to add Users to.

Select User(s) that you would like to add to the Access Groups. Once all Users are selected then click on "Submit".

You will see the listing of Users within the Access Group you chose to assign them to.
