You will click on the "User" menu item to the left and then select your user that you are trying to view or edit. Once you have made changes click "Update User" so the updated information entered is saved.
You can edit a User's:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Role
Phone Number
Route Intercom Calls (This is needed if the phone number is reaching a landline instead of a mobile phone)
