When a User/Tenant/Resident(s) leaves you can delete them from your workspace by going to "Users" > find the User you would like to delete > click the "Edit" Button > scroll to the bottom and click "Delete" to completely remove them. This will remove the User off the workspace and they can no longer access your workspace or Access Points.
If you want to Deactivate the User you can go select the User and go to Actions > Click "Deactivate" OR go to "Users" > find the User you would like to delete > click the "Edit" Button > scroll to the bottom and click "Deactivate" to completely remove them.
