If you would like to create a PIN code for yourself, you can do so within the Swiftlane app. Go to your profile and click on ACCESS PIN.

You can assign yourself an auto generated PIN and change it at any time by clicking on the pen icon to edit.

As an Admin you you can grant or deny the Users within your building to create a pin for access into the building. If a User reaches out and cannot create a pin for themselves, please check the Settings on the Admin Dashboard.
