When onboarding the Swiftlane app it will walk you through the Face Scan process:

Please be sure to remove masks, sunglasses, scarves, and make sure you are in an area with good lighting.

Once you have completed that process you will see Swiftlane is now enabled and click “Ok Great!”

You can also rescan your Face by going to your Profile menu

and click on "Scan Face"
