A PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch is a crucial component of your network infrastructure. In some cases, you may need to manually reboot it to resolve connectivity issues with the swiftlane devices. This article will walk you through two simple methods to reboot a PoE switch and get your swiftlane devices back online.

Method 1: Rebooting via Power Cable

Locate the PoE Switch:
Identify the PoE switch in your network setup. It typically looks like a regular network switch but has the added functionality of delivering power to connected devices.

Unplug the Power Cable:
Carefully unplug the power cable from the PoE switch. Ensure that you disconnect it from the power source or the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if one is in use.

Wait for 10 Seconds:

Plug the Power Cable Back In:

Wait for the Switch to Restart:
Allow the switch to boot up and initialize. This may take a minute or two.

Check Connectivity:
