If you would like to create a PIN code for yourself, you can do so within the Swiftlane app. Go to your profile and click on ACCESS PIN.

You can assign yourself an auto generated PIN, create your own custom PIN, and change it at any time by clicking on the pen icon to edit.

If you do not have the option to create a PIN, this could be a feature not offered in your building. If so, please contact your Building admin.
