If you are finding that you are missing intercom calls please be sure to check your Notification settings. Below we break down how to check these settings for iOS and Android.
For iOS Users go to: Settings > scroll to you see Swiftlane app > Notifications - and select how you would like to receive your notifications. (Follow Screenshots below)
For Android Users to go Settings > Sounds > Volume > and be sure your Notifications are turned high. Also go to Settings > Apps > select Swiftlane app > Notifications - please make sure those Notifications are turned up. (Follow Screenshots below)
