I Got A New Phone And Need Access To My Building

If you got a new phone and cannot access your building using Swiftlane you will need to do the following. (This is to be able to Remote Unlock the door with your mobile phone.)

Reminder: If you have your Face Scan set up you can access the building using Facial Recognition with out setting up your new phone. If you have created a PIN, your pin will also work to access the building without logging into Swiftlane on your new phone.

1. Go to the Play Store (Androids) or App Store (iPhones) and download the Swiftlane App.

2. Once you download the Swiftlane app, you will need to enter your account name to login. You can get the account name from the admin of your building if you do not remember.

3. After entering your account name you need to log in with you email and password. If it does not ask you for your password you will get an email with a code to enter on the Swiftlane app to be able to login.

4. Once you are logged in make sure all notifications settings are properly set on your new phone. You will have immediate access to your building via Remote Unlock once you're logged into the Swiftlane app.
