You can setup intercom calls to go to your landline or come in as a regular phone call by going to your Profile > Intercom Settings > select "Audio-only via cell or landline" > add your number > click "Save"

Once a call comes through via our intercom phone number ((240) 709-1512): and you are ready to unlock the door, press 9 and the door will unlock for your visitor.
