How do I create a custom PIN?

You can create a custom PIN in the Swiftlane app for convenient building access.

Create Your Custom PIN

  1. Open the Swiftlane app.

  2. Navigate to your Profile.

  3. Tap the pencil (Edit) icon next to your profile details.

  4. Tap Change next to your existing PIN.

    • If custom PIN creation is enabled: You will be directed to the Create Custom PIN Code section, where you can enter your preferred PIN.

    • If custom PIN creation is not enabled: A popup will appear prompting you to change your existing PIN. Tap Change to generate a new PIN automatically.

  5. Tap Save to complete the process.

Can't Create a Custom PIN?

Custom PIN creation is a building-wide setting. When enabled by the building administrator, all users in the building can create their own PINs.

If the building administrator prefers not to enable this setting for everyone, they can manually update an individual user's PIN to their preferred number through the Admin Dashboard.

If you would like a custom PIN, contact your building administrator and request that your PIN be updated.
