Open your Chrome browser > Go to admin.swiftlane.com and type in your account name and click "continue" button.

Enter your email address that is associated with your Swiftlane account. If this is your first time logging in via the web browser then click on "Forgot password" link so that you can create your password.

Be sure your account name and email matches the system and click "confirm". Check your email for the link to create your password.

When you open your email, click on "Create New Password"

Enter a new password click "continue" and then login.

When you Login you will see a User's view. Here you can take intercom calls, view your activity, update your profile details, and create Visitor Passes.

If you will be taking intercom calls please be sure the following are enabled on the Chrome browser. If you do not have these enabled you can click on "Site Settings" and enable from there.

Also feel free to download the Swiftlane app to your desktop by click on the computer icon on the top right.

Click "Install"

Intercom Calls will show up as a pop-up like below:
