If you are not going to take Swiftlane intercom calls via the Swiftlane App and want to edit your phone number, open your Swiftlane App and select your Account - Profile (last icon to the right) > Select Intercom Settings
Select the "Intercom Call Routing" option
Make sure "Audio-only phone call" is enabled and make your phone number change.
If you are just trying to update your phone number on your profile, please contact your Building Admin to make the change.
