When Do Not Disturb (DND) is enabled, all the intercom calls, messages, and notifications are delivered silently and your iPhone’s screen does not light up either.

You can allow specific apps to send you notifications during DND. This way you can let an app override DND on your iPhone device in order to receive intercom calls from Swiftlane.

​How to bypass Do Not Disturb for certain apps on iPhone:
​
​1. Navigate to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb
​

2. In Do Not Disturb, tap the Apps section at the top right.

3. Go to the “Apps” tab and tap the + Add App option
​

4. Select all the apps you want to whitelist from DND and tap Done.

That’s it. Swiftlane app is in the allowed list will now be able to bypass DND mode.
