Do Not Disturb (DND) mode on iOS is a useful feature for silencing incoming notifications and calls. However, if you're using the Swiftlane app for Intercom access control and want to ensure that you receive important notifications even in DND mode, you can add the Swiftlane app to the excluded list. In this article, we'll guide you through the process step by step.

1-Swipe down from the top right of your iPhone to access the settings page. Look for the Focus icon which is highlighted in blue color in the image below.

Tap on the Focus icon to open a screen with different focus modes. Choose the 'Do Not Disturb' mode.

By adding the Swiftlane app to the Do Not Disturb excluded list on your iOS device, you can ensure that you never miss an Intercom call notification even when your device is in silent mode. This simple adjustment allows you to stay connected and responsive while maintaining the convenience of DND.
