  • Video Calls to the Intercom Device: Make video calls to the intercom device via the Swiftlane app.

  • Photo Capture: Capture the latest photo in front of the reader for added security.

  • Intercom Call Logs: Access logs of intercom calls.

  • PIN Access Logs: View logs of PIN-based access events.

Understanding the Premium Trial

If your building has enabled end-user billing, you may notice a Premium trial when using the Swiftlane app. Here’s what you need to know:

  • If you do not wish to continue with the Premium plan, you can simply ignore the trial.

  • After the trial period ends, your account will automatically switch to the Basic plan, and you will not be charged.
